CEDAvsFan Posted June 3 Share Posted June 3 A rookie hockey player (Kalen Bull) finds herself drafted to a pro team where her stepmother (Arianne Zucker) serves as the head coach. She is placed on a line with her stepsister (Jazlyn Sward), with Arianne--who has always been chilly to Kalen--expecting Jazlyn to outshine her. However, Kalen emerges as the team's top scorer, and is set to break the team record for goals by a rookie player in a season--a record that is owned by Arianne. Now seeing Kalen as a threat to her legacy, Arianne orders Jazlyn to sabotage Kalen, even threatening to bench her if she doesn't comply, only for Jazlyn to refuse and call her mother's bluff. Now driven to madness, Arianne not only plans to sabotage Kalen, she vows to harm her stepdaughter to prevent her from (in her mind) destroying her legacy.
