Hot take:  it's only the White ones getting that sugar-coated description. Watch POCs still get called "offenders." This is a plot to make White criminals look sympathetic, while still denigrating POCs and the LGBT community.

Maneuvers like this also hurt POCs, LGBT, and other minority/marginalized communities in another way. This BS is going too far. Those who have issues with POCs and LGBT will only see this as an excuse to view anything POC or LGBT as "woke bullsh*t". It will serve to increase hate.

Yeah, that's a glaring problem; people using a method meant to decrease bigotry as an excuse to become even more bigoted. It's a sad state of affairs.
