That concert should have been cancelled due to extreme heat. Fans would have been angry, but they would be alive.

 

Most of the focus appears to be how Taylor Swift feels about the matter while throwing in the classic "My heart goes to friends and family".

 

She should have made sure the venue was better prepared before the event.

She didn't. I think she is liable.
