Lifetime Thriller Pitch: "Aurora" Celebrating Eva Longoria and Kim Raver's Birthdays)

A hospital CEO (Eva Longoria) finds herself stalked by a mysterious young woman (Camila Mendes), but unfortunately, Eva's words aren't believed by the lead detective (Kim Raver), who suspects Eva of fabricating the story. The only person at her side is her husband (Ricardo Chavira), though as the stalking continues, Eva's mental health deteriorates, to the point where she hires her own private investigator (Karla Souza) to look into Camila. Karla meets with Eva with a surprising development: Camila actually died 15 years prior after being in a coma...at Eva's hospital. Eva thanks Karla for her assistance, before suddenly injecting her with a lethal drug.

 

In a maniacal rant, Eva revealed that Camila was her stepsister, and both of them had dreams of getting into the medical field. However, Camila was outshining Eva, who became jealous and decided to use Camila in a twisted plan to get ahead, which included placing her stepsister in an induced coma...and eventually killing her. Camila's ghost had been appearing to Eva as a reminder, and in order to keep her evil past hidden, Eva looks to eliminate the only person who suspected her in Camila's death: Camila's mother (Constance Marie).

Other cast members include Emiliano Diez as Eva's father in flashbacks, Michael Xavier as Kim's partner, and Asher Goodman as one of the hospital's doctors.
