It appears that Brian J. Kemp is using even weaker arguments and lies in order to validate an image he either photoshopped himself or had another photoshop. All while riding on delusions he has some sort of legal case against the victims he stalks: Clyde, myself, Glen, Casey, CreatorLuther69.

So, let me get this straight right here and now. Brian Kemp is very much saying that he couldn't have blocked CreatorLuther69 ("Luther The Creator") if they didn't lurk his profile. That entire statement by Brian is false. Anyone can block anyone by doing a search, clicking on a username, going to their profile, and clicking on block. But according to Brian you can't block someone unless they look at your profile first. Brian's way of covering up the fact that what he showed was photoshopped is a very weak argument at best. I also noticed that Brian is still going with the false notion that Glen is CreatorLuther69. As I have said before, Brian Kemp has been all over the place when it comes to accusing his victims of being the same person.

The only thing edited, are the blackout scribbles which you can do on an iPhone when you take a screenshot. Duh!

This doesn't absolve Brian Kemp of anything. He could have easily taken a screenshot. Sent to himself on his PC. Then photoshopped it and sent back to his phone. That or he had someone else do the photoshopping. Then had it sent back to him and his phone. Just because scribbles can be done with a phone doesn't mean it isn't possible to send the image elsewhere, photoshop it, and send it back.

The level of false accusations, libel, slander is atmospheric.

Neither myself, Clyde, Glen, Casey, or CreatorLuther69 has slandered or defamed Brian J. Kemp. All that is said has been proven and backed up.

I have leads to multiple attorneys, now just gotta figure which one can help.

A half-assed scare tactic at best by Brian Kemp. He has no legal grounds. All that has been said about him has been backed up and proven. The truth is not slander or defamation. Since the truth has hurt his fragile ego, perhaps he should try an age old concept of......stop harassing, stop lurking/stalking.

This is merely Brian Kemp's excuse for his lurking/stalking. Not everything that's been proven about him is found via Google. Some yes. But not all. He is merely saying this to cover up his lurking/stalking.

This was the only threat I ever made: to take it the legal level. I told them I wasn’t playing, but they just kept on going.

Brian J. Kemp has said that he's been slandered and defamed by myself, Glen, Casey, and Clyde. None of us have defamed or slandered him. All that we have said has been proven and shown. That is the truth. The truth is not slander.
